When I was laid off I was pretty mad. I spent a few days in a very bad state of mind. Being in a "bad mood" does not help the situation. I know it is hard, but the best thing is to "let it go" and focus on the issues at hand. Just for a few days, try the "denile" approach and enjoy your time away from work. For me, it was been a long time since I was able to sleep late and take my time in the morning.
