I've found that I can get about $90 from a coffee can full of coins from the big bowl where I throw my pocket change every night. The bowl downstairs that my wife raids for the kids lunch money at school isn't worth as much: about $25. It's amazing how much money is lying around the house if you haven't been scrounging for it before.
